PIUSI 3D FILTER is an innovative filter specific for AdBlue® with a polypropylene removable cartridge, with 3 progressive steps, filtration efficiency ℬ 200 micron that allows to filter all the impurities in the fluid and preserve the SCR system of cars and commercial vehicles.

During all dispensing operations, the AdBlue® may become contaminated, develop impurities or crystalize. Hence, the importance of a high performance filter that can filter and remove all the particles in the fluid.

PIUSI 3D FILTER is manufactured with a hi-resistance technopolymer casing that allows you to see how many impurities have been filtered, giving a clear visual idea of how much the fuel in the tank was contaminated. The transparent container also allows for a much more accurate and faster maintenance of the cartridge itself that can be replaced before it is permanently blocked.

ADVANTAGES OF 3D FILTER

AdBlue® is a mixed compound of water and urea that once injected in the catalyst of cars or commercial vehicles reduces NOx emissions. Therefore, it is imperative that the AdBlue® that is injected into the catalyst is as clean and pure as possible:

• first, to guarantee a longer life of the catalyst and keep the vehicle healthy;
• moreover, to guarantee maximum functionality.

We recommend changing the filter once a year or as needed.
